Robin Trower releases “Faith” lyric video

Robin Trower has released his new single, “Faith,” from his latest studio album, Shine, which is available now.

The new single arrives as Trower continues a remarkable recording career that has spanned more than six decades. Known for his distinctive guitar tone, expressive playing, and blues-influenced sound, Trower remains an active recording artist, consistently releasing new material that builds on his musical legacy.

Speaking about the release of Shine, Trower expressed his satisfaction with the finished record.

“My new album Shine is out now. I’m very pleased with how this record has come together. There’s a lot of energy in these songs, and I hope you enjoy listening to them as much as we enjoyed making them.”

The album continues Trower’s collaboration with Richard Watts and Chris Taggart, a partnership that has become an important part of his recent recording output.

In his review for Blues Rock Review, Bob Liddycoat praised the album’s musicianship and the chemistry between the three musicians.

“This new album offers plenty of signature Trower guitar work, an abundance of soul and thoughtful lyrics. Over six decades, Trower has successfully fronted a variety of partners, almost exclusively in a trio format. And the partnership with Watts and Taggart is definitely a winning combination. The album will be a welcome addition to their recent collaborations.”

With Shine now available, “Faith” offers listeners another opportunity to hear Trower’s latest work as the veteran guitarist continues adding to an extensive catalog that includes his landmark 1974 album Bridge of Sighs.
